The furniture, made primarily of glass fiber reinforced plastic, not only adds to the contemporary design but also promotes energy conservation and environmental sustainability.

The realization of this design involves the use of metal plates for the walls, which are folded to create unique shapes and lines. The soft furnishings, on the other hand, are made of fiberglass, contributing to the overall sense of simplicity and modernity with a touch of technology.

The negotiation table and chairs, made from glass fiber reinforced plastic, follow conventional sizing and reduce material consumption, minimizing waste and optimizing resources. The Dongqian Lake Sales Office project commenced in May 2019 in Shanghai and was completed in September 2019 in Ningbo. Throughout the design process, the team faced the challenge of balancing the simplicity and directness of the customer experience with the futuristic and technological aspects of the design. Strict construction requirements were necessary to achieve the desired aesthetic and integrity of the overall design.

By incorporating large French windows, the design maximizes the use of natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting and promoting energy efficiency. The flooring, paved with large stones, minimizes material processing and waste. These thoughtful design choices reflect the team's commitment to sustainable practices and reducing the environmental impact of the project.

The Dongqian Lake Sales Office design received the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious award recognizes designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving quality of life through the integration of art, science, design, and technology.
